Q. Is the product applicable to men and women?
SKINRx LAB is a brand developed by the best Korean researchers based on the vast data of diverse skin concerns. Therefore, the brand’s products are applicable to men and women of all ages.
Q. Is the product applicable to women during pregancy?
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, women are more likely to be sensitive to even the gentlest ingredients, hence should be careful of anything they put on their skin. Therefore, we’d suggest to consult a dermatologist or gynaecologist before use.
Q. How can I store the products?
After using the product, make sure to close the caps tightly. Keep the product away from direct sunlight and store it in a cool, dry place in order to prevent quality deterioration. Do not store the product in a place with extreme temperatures or humidity.
Q. I want to know about the product expiration date.
Please check the expiry date printed on the product. It is indicated as EXPYYYYMMDD.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, ShopPay, PayPal and Afterpay.
Q. I forgot to apply a discount code during checkout, can you apply the code to my order and refund the discounted amount?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make manual edits or apply codes your order after it has been confirmed. Please check your order amount before paying.
Q. How I can change my shipping information?
If you want to change your shipping information, please contact support@skinrxlab.us as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, it is impossible to change your shipping address or cancel your order. In this case, we will not be responsible for additional shipping fees related to the package’s return or reshipment. Hence, please double check your shipping information before checking out.

Q. I received a wrong / damaged item.
Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service:

Please contact our customer service at support@skinrxlab.us within 7 days after receiving your package. All shipping fees for redelivery due to wrong or damaged items will be covered by SKINRx LAB US.
Q. I received my order, but something is missing.
Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service:
Order number / Pictures of opened package with all its contents
Please contact our customer service at support@skinrxlab.us within 7 days after receiving your package. All shipping fees for redelivery due to wrong or damaged items will be covered by SKINRx LAB US.
Q. My package was returned due to unsuccessful delivery, can I get a refund?
Unclaimed packages that are returned to SKINRx LAB US due to absence of addressee, wrong address or insufficient address, will not be refunded. Please double check your zip codes and detailed addresses before checking out.
Please be informed that a notice regarding customs tax from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get refund for returned parcel. Please keep following up with the tracking updates and if your package is stuck at customs clearance, please contact local customs as soon as possible to claim the package.
Q. How can I get an exchange or a refund?
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Change of mind
- Any item reported after 7 days from the date of receipt
- Any item that has been opened
- Any item that shows any signs of usage
- Any item that has been damaged intentionally
- Any item returned without any prior notice or in spite of the return request being denied by our customer service
- SKINRx LAB US does not offer refunds(returns)/exchanges for products that have been incorrectly placed in any way by customers (size, option, product name, and so on)
